What if I already have a marketing agency handling some of my marketing services?

The time commitments for this program are designed to help you and/or your team leverage your available time to get the most out of the program, without standing in the way of everyones day-to-day responsibilities. And, depending on your team size and org structure, it may not be necessary for everyone to be present for everything we do over the course of 90-days.
At the same time, the transformation and growth your business will experience can't happen without a dedicated investment of time by the right people in your organization.
Each of the three phases take about 30 days and the time we spend with you and/or your team during each phase is broken down into 3 categories:
Build-Out Workshops:
8-10 hours every 30 days. This should be the highest priority of the time commitments you'll make during each phase. And, we offer a "One-Day" and a "Two Half-Days Back to Back" option for clients.
The One-Day option allows us to do the build out and workshops of each phase in one single day with lunch provided.
The Two-Day (Back to Back) Option allows us to break up the 8-10 hours over 2 back to back half days.
Reviews and Assessments:
We will spend 2 hours on location every other week for the duration of the 90 days. This time is spent with you and your team to help you optimize your growth system and to conduct reviews and assessments of your current and new marketing efforts.
Onsite Training and Strategy Builders:
Strategy Builders: We’ll meet together on weekly coaching calls that are designed to help you break through barriers and bottlenecks, keep you or your team focused, and give you a gentle kick in the pants when you need it.
Onsite Training: We’ll spend about 2-4 hours each month in onsite training of your new system for your in-house marketing team and/or vendors and agencies that help you execute your marketing efforts.
